15 years ago learning how to use a computer was a luxury. Not everyone used it. So the ones who used computers or rather had to use them, were the only ones who learned it.
That’s when schools realised that in the future it would be very important for students to have basic computer knowledge, without which they won’t survive & it will play an important role in the students' careers. Today almost all schools (at least I and II-tier cities) have computer education to provide basic computer knowledge to students.
This brings us to the next question. Why are countries such as America, Japan, China, Russia, etc. leading the world in many things such as technologies, sports, employment, nuclear weapons, etc.? Just think, why are some countries more powerful and dominating developing nations? This is because they are introducing high-quality technology among students at a very young age.
STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics is also one of the most important aspects for a child as far as their overall development is concerned.
Parents want their children to be intelligent and creative. They want to see high marks at the end of every academic year. They want to send their children to schools where there is a high level of education and enough IT infrastructure.
Private schools are leading in education and are taking higher fees because of the importance of STEM education. But not all parents can admit their students to expensive schools.
The Indian Government has opened up its curriculum and mind to bringing coding and programming as an integral part of our education process and system. It's our goal at iRobokid to empower institutes to be able to run these programs independently in a self-sustainable manner.
So that’s where F.L.I.T.E (Future Learning In Technology Education) comes into the picture.

What we need to do is to empower and educate our kids and students. We need to educate them in STEM to become more powerful, creative and confident that they can lead India.
